The second option is via Naggar across the 3600m high Chanderkhani Pass, which is also a trek of about 2 days. The way that is easiest, shortest and is preferred the most is through the village of Jari, which is connected to the Kullu Valley. The distance is 12kms and a walk of only 6 hours will take you to Malana. On the way, you will cross beautiful waterfalls and the Malan Nallah. Jari is just 8kms from Kasol and it will take you a little over 5mins to cover the distance. Beyond Jari, no public transport is available.
